Mike has been working in the software industry his entire professional career – entering the technical recruiting field following completing his MBA in 1985. Mike serves as President/CEO and Executive Recruiter at SRG with a focus in Software Engineering, Technical Management and Data Science. Outside of recruiting, Mike was a competitive collegiate gymnast and was inducted into the Hall of Fame at Kent State where he also served as the President of the National Alumni Association. He is currently an active board executive of a local Baltimore charity.
As a senior recruiting advisor, Vicki offers our clients consulting and training services on how to recruit, hire, and retain staff. She provides advice to managers on talent capture strategies, hiring and managing recruiters, working with agencies, interviewing, compensation, benefits, and employee retention. She also helps candidates develop a strong, achievement focused resume, prepare for interviews and better leverage their career. With 30 years of technical and executive recruiting and leadership experience as the former president of SRG, Vicki has a strong understanding of what works in the complex process of hiring and retaining employees in a very tight market.
Alison has been recruiting with SRG over 17 years, since graduating from Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Sociology. Alison serves as Vice President of SRG, with a recruiting focus in the areas of Software and Systems engineering, Security Engineering, and Business Development and Program Management for the Intel community. She has been engaged in all areas of our local Intel community and technical community, including taking on active leadership roles in our local AFCEA Central MD Chapter. Alison was Captain of her collegiate varsity Field Hockey and Lacrosse teams at Randolph-Macon College and is an Athletic Hall of Fame inductee at Randolph-Macon College for both sports. Alison currently coaches youth field hockey and lacrosse teams in Howard County, and serves as Director of Coaches training on the Howard County Lacrosse Program board.
Kelly returns to SRG after working 9 years recruiting for three defense contractors. She combines her government contractor experience with her SRG technical sourcing and recruiting experience to provide a unique ability to effectively match candidates and clients. Her understanding of government and organization HR processes and the intelligence community is tremendously valuable.
