Your Resume is your Advertisement. When writing it, think that an employer will see quite a number of resumes similar to yours. Most people qualified for a position will have roughly the same general profile, technical/managerial background, years of experience, etc. So what sets you apart? In most cases, your accomplishments will make the difference. When you write your resume think: problem-solution-result; emphasize the results of your work.
